Best for:  Strategic thinking on a specific challenge, interview prep, or testing the coaching relationship.

  • 45-minute coaching session

  • Pre-session intake form

  • Session notes and action items

MONTHLY COACHING - $500/Month

Best for:  Ongoing career development with regular accountability and thought partnership.

  • Two 45-minute sessions per month

  • Email support between sessions

  • Flexible scheduling

3-MONTH COACHING - $1,350

Best for:  Professionals committed to meaningful growth with sustained support and accountability.

  • Six 45-minute coaching sessions (2 per month)

  • Email support throughout

  • Goal-setting and progress tracking

  • Best per-session rate ($225/session)
