The Pattern I Usually See
Most executives I work with arrive with a presenting issue — a team that’s not performing, a peer relationship that’s gone sideways, or a role that doesn’t feel right. But the presenting issue is rarely the real issue. Underneath, there’s usually a pattern: how they run meetings, how they give feedback, what they avoid, or how they show up under pressure. That’s where the real work happens.
How I Work
I combine pattern recognition with direct feedback and practical frameworks. We’ll often use Hogan or 360-degree assessments to accelerate self-awareness, but the real coaching happens in the conversation — naming what’s actually going on, pressure-testing your assumptions, and building strategies that fit your real situation. I don’t assign homework for homework’s sake. Every session produces something you can use that week.
