What a sponsored engagement includes
- 6 months, 2 conversations a month, with me
- The Hogan suite (HPI, HDS, MVPI) and a 90-minute debrief in the first month
- A 360 at the start, so we work on what the people around you actually see
- The Altitude Pass for the length of the engagement: every tool and Profile on The Right Altitude
- Email access to me between conversations
- A sponsor conversation at the start and at the close
Who I coach
From my coaching log. No names, just the shape of the work.

How your sponsor is involved
1. Start
2. Middle
3. Close
A 30-minute conversation with the 3 of us: you, your sponsor, me. We agree on 2 or 3 things the engagement is for. Your sponsor says what they need to see. You say what you need. I write it down and send it to both of you.
Your sponsor hears nothing from me unless you want them to. What you say in our conversations stays in our conversations. If a sponsor asks me how it's going, my answer is "ask them."
A second conversation with the 3 of us. You say what changed. I add what I saw. Your sponsor says whether they saw it too.
What your sponsor gets: the goals memo at the start, the closing conversation, and an invoice. What your sponsor does not get: notes, transcripts, assessment results, or a report on you.

Invoiced to your company, monthly or in one invoice, net 30. Purchase orders are fine. Nothing is billed separately.
If your company would rather fund the smaller package, Altitude Coaching at $1,200 a month can also be invoiced to a company. It leaves out the Hogan suite and the sponsor conversations.

Two things make this easy to say yes to: a one-page summary your sponsor can read in 2 minutes, and an email you don't have to write.
The email
Subject: Executive coaching, 6 months
Hi [Name],
I'd like to work with an executive coach for the next 6 months and I'm asking the company to sponsor it. His name is Don Eash. He's an ICF Master Certified Coach who spent 30 years as an operating executive before coaching, including COO at Gateway Ticketing and senior roles at Disney and Universal. The engagement is 2 conversations a month, a Hogan assessment and a 360, with you involved at the start and the close. It's $2,000 a month, invoiced to us. The one-page summary is attached. Can we talk about it this week?

Not sure your company will say yes?
Book the call anyway. I've had this conversation with a lot of HR partners and managers, and I'm glad to have it with yours.
