You don’t have to earn your worth or prove your value—you already have it. Right now, in this moment, exactly as you are, you are enough. Not because of what you do, but because of who you are. Growth is great, goals are exciting, but your foundation is already solid. Breathe that in. You don’t have to hustle for your humanity. You are worthy of love, respect, and belonging just by being you.
