It doesn't arrive with a warning.
It's the extra hour on Tuesday that becomes the extra hour every day.
It's the working vacation that becomes every vacation.
It's the Sunday-night anxiety that was once occasional and is now just... the weather.
Nobody realizes they're burned out until they already are.
Every single person I've worked with had a story about why their pace was necessary.
Every one of them was wrong.
Burnout doesn't feel like collapse.
