On the other side of hard conversations is clarity. Not always agreement — but understanding. Not always comfort — but truth.
The conversation you’ve been avoiding? It’s probably keeping you stuck. The relationship you’re trying to protect by staying silent? It’s likely eroding anyway.
Hard conversations aren’t the end of relationships. They’re often the beginning of better ones.
