There’s what you are and what they see, and for a lot of neurodivergent professionals those drift a long way apart — because the signals that broadcast competence are often the exact things that don’t come naturally.
The trap is answering an underestimation problem with more output, when the problem was never the work. It was the visibility of it. The move is to close the gap deliberately, in the channels where the people who decide about you are actually looking.
