Ask the Vault whether his team knows about the change and he will tell you he covered it. He did. In one meeting, six weeks ago, in the last four minutes, to the half of the team that was in the room. That is the whole gap between told and communicated. Told is a thing you did. Communicated is a thing they can repeat back. The Vault runs on the first one and cannot understand why nobody seems to have listened. They did. They just were not there, or it was one sentence in forty, or it was February.
