Things to do while you're at home: Exercise!

Being at home and having more flexibility with your schedule can give us the opportunity to take better care of ourselves. Even though you can't get to a gym, you can still do plenty of types of exercise right in your living room. Check for trainers who are doing online group classes via Zoom or other technologies to get your body moving and have some social interaction at the same time!
