Things to do while you're at home: Make a Plan!


We're in a new world. The rules are changing and the fundamental ways we connect with each other are up in the air. One things is certain. We will get through this and on the other side we will go on with our lives. The big question is, what life do you want that to be?


Each of us havs a unique way of thinking and interacting with those around them. Often, it is helpful to get a better understanding of how you view the world in general and yourself in particular. Below are a few questions to ponder and they're designed to get you thinking and start on the path to intentially creating your life.


With many of us having more time on our hands, this is the perfect opportunity to get quiet and create some space in your life to really consider these questions. Use this gift of time and solitude to really change your life for the better.


  • What do you consider to be your role in the world you live in?

  • If there was a secret passion in your life, what would it be?

  • If there was something you were avoiding or running away from, what would it be?

  • What motivates you?

  • How do you tend to sabotage yourself?

  • What is missing in your life? What would make life more fulfilling?

  • What is your dream?

  • Do you believe in God or the concept of some form of higher power? How does this fit into your life?

  • What does success mean for you? What would a successful life look and feel like?

  • If you could have anything in the world what would it be?

  • What do you want the rest of your life to be about?

  • What do you most want to get out of coaching?

  • What tips could you give me, so that I can manage our coaching relationship most effectively?

  • How rigorous do you want me to be as your coach?

  • How do you best learn? What is your learning style?

  • How specifically do you release stress?

  • How do you enjoy yourself?

  • What do you do to look after yourself on a regular basis?

  • What do you think are your weak points in life?

  • What are your strong points?

  • When were you happiest - and - unhappiest in your life? What made it so?

  • If there was something you had given up on in your life - what would it be?
