I don’t get to choose what shows up.

I do get to choose how I show up.

Life’s going to throw what it throws—that part’s out of our hands. But how you show up? That’s yours to own. Your attitude, your presence, your integrity—those are choices you make, no matter what the day delivers. Whether it’s a curveball or a breakthrough, you can meet it with courage, resilience, and clarity. You don’t have to control everything; you just have to control you. And that’s more than enough to make a difference.
