Trust.

The first week of the year is almost done. Maybe you feel momentum. Maybe you feel behind already.

Either way, here is what I want you to remember: trust the process.

The results you want will not show up this week. Real change — real growth — takes time. It happens in the unseen moments. In the days when nothing seems to be working. In the quiet consistency that nobody applauds.

Trust that the work matters. Trust that you are building something. Trust yourself enough to

keep going.

The results will come. You just have to stay in the process long enough to see them.
