When I’m feeling overwhelmed, I give myself space to stop and breathe.


When life becomes overwhelming and stress starts to weigh us down, it is crucial to recognize the need for a moment of peace. By allowing ourselves the space to pause, take a deep breath, and regroup, we create an opportunity for clarity and rejuvenation. This simple act of self-compassion empowers us to regain control, find solace within, and approach challenges with a renewed sense of calm and perspective.
